摘 要:近年来,砀山县个别梨园砀山酥梨出现树势衰弱,甚至死亡的现象。为了探明砀山酥梨树势衰弱的成因,以砀山酥梨根系土壤为材料,利用宏基因组测序鉴定土壤中微生物种类。结果表明,濒临死亡的砀山酥梨根系土壤中硝化螺旋菌丰度均低于正常生长砀山酥梨根系土壤。在正常生长的砀山酥梨根系土壤中含有9种微生物,其中1种为其所特有;濒临死亡的砀山酥梨根系土壤中含有10种微生物,其中亚硝化螺菌和固氮螺菌为其所特有。In recent years,several pear orchards of Dangshan Suli showed the phenomenon of tree vigor weakening and even death in Dangshan County.In order to explore the cause of tree vigor weakening of Dangshan Suli,the root zone soil of Dangshan Suli was used as material to identify the microbial species with metagenomic sequencing.The results showed that the abundance of nitrifying bacteria in the root zone soil of dying Dangshan Suli was lower than that of normal Dangshan Suli.There were 9 microbial species in the root zone soil of normal Dangshan Suli,including 1 unique species;while there were 10 microbial species in the root zone soil of dying Dangshan Suli,among which Nitrosospira sp.and Azosprillum sp.were unique.
