摘  要:激光熔覆WC/Ni合金粉末涂层的微铣削加工材料表面质量之间的关系选择模具钢Cr_(12)MoV为基材,WC/Ni合金粉末为熔覆材料采用纤维激光器进行熔覆加工试验。制备试验样件,用直径为1 mm的钨钢硬质合金铣刀对制备的样件进行微铣削试验。分别设计单因素试验和正交试验,以表面粗糙度R_(a)为评判标准,探究微铣削加工参数对WC/Ni合金粉末熔覆涂层铣削表面质量的影响规律,并阐述铣削机制。结果表明:主轴转速对加工表面粗糙度的影响最为显著,进给量次之,铣削深度影响最小;当主轴转速为9 000 r/min,进给量速度为6 mm/min,铣削深度为0.04 mm时,测量得出粗糙度最小为0.014μm;在微铣削加工WC/Ni合金粉末熔覆涂层时,为获得较好的加工表面质量可选择较小的加工参数。In order to explore the relationship between the micro-milling processing parameters of laser melting WC/Ni alloy powder coating and surface quality of the processing materials,mold steel Cr_(12)MoV was selected as the substrate and WC/Ni alloy powder as the melting material.The laser melting processing experiments were carried out by fiber laser and experimental samples were prepared.Micro-milling experiments were carried out with tungsten steel carbide milling cutter with diameter of 1 mm.Single-factor and orthogonal experiments were designed respectively,and the influence of micro-milling parameters on the surface quality of WC/Ni powder melting coating was investigated by taking surface roughness R_(a) as the evaluation standard,and the milling mechanism was expounded.The results show that the effect of spindle speed on machining surface roughness is most significant,followed by feed rate,and the effect of milling depth is least.When the spindle speed is 9 000 r/min,the feed speed is 6 mm/min,and the milling depth is 0.04 mm,the minimum roughness is 0.014 μm.When micro-milling WC/Ni alloy powder molten coat,smaller processing parameters could be selected in order to obtain better processing surface quality.
