摘  要:新质生产力背景下,针对国内石油工程专业人才培育模式,文章以常州大学石油与天然气工程学院为例,阐述了我国石油行业院校石油工程专业人才培育发展现状,结合石油工程专业特色,提出以创新驱动、科教融汇的协同育人,校企联合、产教融合的实践育人,学科筑基、思政铸魂的多元育人新模式,优化石油院校石油工程专业“协同育人”机制,“实践育人”体系和“多元育人”范式,为国内石油院校培育新质生产力背景下的石油工程专业高质量人才奠定基础。Based on the background of new productive forces,this paper elaborates on the current development status of talent cultivation in petroleum engineering in China's petroleum industry colleges,taking the School of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering at Changzhou University as an example.Based on the characteristics of the petroleum engineering major,a new model of collaborative education driven by innovation and integrating science and education,practical education through school enterprise cooperation,and industry education integration,as well as a multi-dimensional education model based on discipline foundation and ideological and political education has been proposed.The "collaborative education" mechanism,"practical education" system,and "diversified education" paradigm of petroleum engineering majors in petroleum colleges have been optimized,laying a foundation for cultivating high-quality talents in petroleum engineering majors based on the background of new quality productivity in domestic petroleum colleges.
