护理人员对科研伦理的认知态度及培训需求分析

摘  要:目的调查护理人员对科研伦理认知的现状及影响因素,并分析护理人员对科研伦理的态度及培训需求。方法根据自行设计的调查问卷,于2023年6-7月对巴中市不同等级医院的1130名护理人员进行问卷调查,分析护理人员对科研伦理的认知、态度及培训需求。结果在认知方面,护理人员对伦理学相关规范认知率为73.81%,伦理审查认知率为52.65%,知情同意书涉及内容认知率为82.65%。不同年龄、职称、工作年限及是否申报过课题、经历过伦理审查、参加过伦理培训的护理人员认知比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、参加过伦理培训、申报过课题及经历过伦理审查是护理人员科研伦理认知的影响因素(P<0.05)。在态度方面,大部分护理人员认为在开展科研过程中有必要严格进行科研伦理规范及伦理审查。在培训方面,仅有36.28%的护理人员参加过伦理知识培训;有89.56%的护理人员表示愿意参加培训,其中培训需求最高的是科研伦理审查依据、原则、程序(占比86.66%),且有89.43%的护理人员希望通过微课、慕课等网课进行学习。结论护理人员对科研伦理的认知水平相对偏低,年龄、参加过伦理培训、申报过课题、经历过伦理审查是其主要影响因素,在面对科研过程中有关科研伦理规范及审查规定的态度积极,但培训率较低,培训需求较大。Objective To investigate the current status of cognition of nursing staff towards research ethics and the factors influencing it,and to analyze their attitude towards research ethics and their training needs for research ethics.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used in the questionnaire survey conducted among 1130 nurses from different levels of hospitals in Bazhong City from June to July 2023.Results In terms of cognition,the nursing staff's cognition rate of ethics-related norms was 73.81%,the cognition rate of ethical review was 52.65%,and the cognition rate of the content involved in the informed consent was 82.65%.There were statistically significant differences in the cognition among nurses with different ages,professional titles,years of service,whether they had applied for research projects,whether they had experienced ethical review,and whether they had participated in ethics training(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that nursing staff's cognition towards research ethics was mainly influenced by age,whether they had participated in ethics training,whether they had applied for research projects and whether they had experienced ethical review(P<0.05).In terms of attitude,the majority of nursing staff believed that it was necessary to strictly follow research ethical norms and conduct ethical review in the process of scientific research.In terms of training,only 36.28%of the nursing staff had participated in ethical knowledge training,while 89.56%of the nursing staff expressed their willingness to participate in the training,with the highest demand being for the criteria,principles,and procedures of research ethical review(86.66%),and 89.43%of the nursing staff wished to learn through online courses such as micro-lectures and MOOCs.Conclusion The cognition level of nursing staff towards research ethics is relatively low.Age,ethics training,having applied for research projects,and having experienced ethical review are the main factors influencing nursing staff's cognition towards re
