摘 要:针对K12规格TC4钛合金自锁螺母,建立三点收口过程有限元仿真模型,对4种收口模具进行仿真分析,优选出收口模具二,分析了其结构端面圆角半径、侧面圆角半径、端面宽度和端面长度对螺母变形区域应力分布及变形状况的影响。结果表明:增大收口模具端面宽度、减小端面圆角半径可以增加螺母变形区域的变形程度;减小收口模具端面长度可以减小收口量波动对螺母变形质量的影响。在正交试验获得的最佳工艺参数下,采用优化后的收口模具二可降低收口量波动,更好地满足自锁螺母性能要求。Aiming at the K12 specification TC4 self-locking nut of the enterprise,the finite element simulation model of three-point necking process is established,and four kinds of necking dies are simulated and analyzed.The influence trend of the end face,side fillet radius,end face width and length of the optimized necking die structure on the stress distribution and deformation status in the deformation area is analyzed.The results show that:the end face width of the necking die should be increased and the end face fillet radius should be reduced to increase the deformation degree;reduce the end face length of the necking die to decrease the quality impact caused by the fluctuation of the necking amount.Under the specified process parameters,the optimized necking die II can reduce the impact of the fluctuation of the necking amount and better meet the performance requirements.
