摘  要:以生产数据信息作为实验材料,针对信息数量和运动速度开展行为实验。通过单组块滚动信息的不同数量与滚动速度的具体变量设置,以任务完成的反应时间和正确率数据指标,得出滚动信息数量与速度组合的绩效最优呈现方式。实验结果表明:随着滚动信息运动速度与信息数量的级别增加,反应时间呈现递减趋势,且5×7表格信息呈现与速度为50 pt/s时搜索效率最高。该结果为智能制造工业界面数据滚动的动态效果提供了信息数量呈现与运动速度的依据,从而改善工业制造信息交互界面产生的认知绩效问题。Using production data information as the experimental material,behavioural experiments are carried out on the number of information and speed of movement.Through the specific variable settings of different numbers of scrolling information and scrolling speed of a single group block,the optimal presentation of the performance of the combination of scrolling information number and speed is derived with the data indicators of reaction time and correctness rate of task completion.The experimental results show that as the scrolling information movement speed and the level of the number of information increases,the reaction time shows a decreasing trend,and the number of 5×7 form information presentation and speed of 50 pt/s when the search efficiency is the highest.The results provide a basis for the dynamic effect of data scrolling in the intelligent manufacturing industrial interface in terms of the number of information presented and the speed of movement,thus improving the cognitive performance problems arising from the industrial manufacturing information interaction interface.
