六价铬测定中预处理与干扰消除影响因素分析

摘  要:铬是自然界广泛存在的一种元素,可在风化、火山爆发、生物转换、风暴、工业生产等条件下进入土壤、大气、水以及生物体内。铬是人体内必须的微量元素,与脂类代谢存在着密切的关系,是机体内葡萄糖能量的有效成分。铬的化合物主要包含了三价和六价,其中六价铬对人体的危害最为突出。本文分析了用于测定六价铬的二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法中样品处理的相关方法,并且总结了相关干扰消除因素,希望能够给同行今后的工作提供相应的参考和借鉴。Chromium is an element widely present in nature and can enter soil,atmosphere,water,and organisms under conditions such as weathering,volcanic eruptions,biological transformation,storms,and industrial production.Chromium is an essential trace element in the human body and is closely related to lipid metabolism.It is an effective component of glucose energy in the body.Chromium compounds mainly include trivalent and hexavalent chromium,of which hexavalent chromium is the most harmful to humans.This paper analyzes the sample treatment methods used in the diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometric method for the determination of hexavalent chromium and summarizes the factors related to interference elimination,hoping to provide references and lessons for colleagues in future work.
