摘　　要：针对城市污水处理厂建设的邻避效应,利用食物链反应器(FCR)工艺全生态系统反应器的特点,以降低城市污水处理厂的负面影响,减少污水厂的物理足迹和心理足迹,实现建设生态型城市污水处理厂的目的。通过在大连某项目中的应用,验证了该工艺能够解决城市污水处理厂邻避效应,保障城市的可持续发展。Addressing the Not-In-My-Backyard(NIMBY)effect associated with the construction of municipal wastewater treatment plants(MWWTPs),this study leverages the characteristics of the Food Chain Reactor(FCR)as a whole ecosystem reactor.The aim is to minimize the negative impacts of MWWTPs,reduce their physical and psychological footprints,and achieve the objective of establishing an ecological MWWTP.The application of this technology in a project in Dalian has demonstrated its effectiveness in mitigating the NIMBY effect of MWWTPs and ensuring sustainable urban development.
