摘　　要：目的:揭示足球后备人才领域的研究现状、热点和发展趋势。方法:采用文献资料法、可视化分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过CiteSpace可视化计量软件,对2014—2024年中国知网和Web of Science数据库中关于足球后备人才研究的文献进行可视化分析。结果:(1)在2014—2024年国内足球后备人才研究起步晚但发展快,重点研究内容集中在在培养体系和校园足球推广方面;国外关于足球后备人才研究则起步早、体系成熟,更注重运动员表现和伤病预防。(2)合作网络方面,国内网络合作较为分散,国外合作网络更为紧密。(3)高频关键词和聚类分方面,凸显了不同的研究主题。结论:国内外足球后备人才研究的阶段性特征与发展趋势明显;国内与国外研究在合作模式和研究重点上存在差异。建议:通过跨学科合作整合多领域知识,加强国际交流以共享研究成果;研究成果需贴近实际,提供实用策略和方法;开展前瞻性和持续性研究,以支持足球后备人才的长期培养。OBJECTIVE:This study aims to uncover the current research status,hotspots,and development trends in the field of football reserve talent.METHODS:Research methods such as literature research method,mathematical statistics,and the CiteSpace visualization software were employed to conduct a visual analysis of literature on football reserve talent development research from 2014 to 2024 in the CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)and Web of Science databases.RESULTS:(i)Domestic research on football reserve talent development from 2014 to 2024 started late but developed rapidly,focusing on training systems and promoting campus football.In contrast,foreign research on football reserve talent development began earlier and has a more mature system,with a focus on player performance and injury prevention.(ii)In terms of collaborative networks,domestic networks are relatively dispersed,while foreign collaborative networks are more closely integrated.(iii)High-frequency keywords and cluster analysis highlight different research themes.CONCLUSION:The phased characteristics and development trends of domestic and foreign research on football reserve talent development are evident.Differences exist in collaboration models and research focuses between domestic and foreign studies.SUGGESTIONS:It is recommended to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge through collaboration to strengthen international exchanges and share research outcomes.Research findings should be practical,providing useful strategies and methods.Additionally,forward-looking and continuous research is needed to support the long-term development of football reserve talent.
