摘 要:目的:探讨低强度、中等强度和高强度急性有氧运动对体育专业大学生运动干预前后心境状态的影响。方法:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,选取内蒙古师范大学体育学院60名体育专业大学生为实验对象,分为低强度组、中等强度组和高强度组3组,分别进行30 min的功率自行车运动,采用BFS心境量表测量运动干预前后心境状态的变化。结果:低强度运动干预后,良性心境水平有显著性提高,对于负性心境水平影响较小;中等强度运动干预后,良性心境水平有显著性提高,负性心境水平明显下降;高强度运动干预后,良性心境水平得分有所提高,负性心境水平明显下降;在不同强度急性有氧运动干预后,思虑性心境维度均存在下降趋势。结论:急性有氧运动可以很好地改善体育专业大学生的心境状态,中等强度的急性有氧运动对体育专业大学生的心境状态改善最好。OBJECTIVE:This study aims to explore the effects of low,moderate,and high-intensity acute aerobic exercise on the mood states of sports major college students before and after exercise intervention.METHODS:Utilizing literature research method,questionnaire surveys,experimental methods,and statistical analysis,the study selected 60 sports major students from Inner Mongolia Normal University as subjects.They were divided into three groups:low-intensity,moderate-intensity,and high-intensity.Each group performed 30 minutes of cycling on a stationary bike,and the BFS Mood Scale was used to measure changes in mood states before and after the exercise intervention.RESULTS:Following low-intensity exercise,positive mood levels showed a significant increase,while the impact on negative mood levels was minimal.After moderate-intensity exercise,positive mood levels significantly increased,and negative mood levels noticeably decreased.High-intensity exercise also resulted in improved positive mood scores and a significant reduction in negative mood levels.Across all different intensities of acute aerobic exercise,there was a downward trend in the contemplative mood dimension.CONCLUSION:Acute aerobic exercise effectively improves the mood states of sports major college students,with moderate-intensity aerobic exercise yielding the most favorable outcomes for mood enhancement.
