摘 要:为了满足电网AGC和一次调频性能的考核要求,文章引入基于高级算法的控制模型对协调控制策略进行优化。将描述典型工况点的ARX线性模型与模糊算法相结合,实现对燃煤机组复杂非线性变工况过程的控制。采用基于ARX算法的超前预测模型对主汽压力和中间点温度进行超前控制。在华电贵港发电有限公司630MW超临界燃煤机组的应用结果表明,优化后机组快速响应负荷指令的能力得到增强,在实现机组运行参数稳定的前提下,AGC速率和精度大幅提高,一次调频达到了中调考核要求。In order to meet the performance assessment requirements of power grid AGC and primary frequency regulation,a control model based on advanced algorithms is introduced to optimize the coordinated control strategy.combining the ARX linear model describing typical operating points with fuzzy algorithms to achieve control of complex nonlinear variable operating processes in coal-fired power units.adopting an ARX algorithm based advanced prediction model for advanced control of main steam pressure and intermediate point temperature.the application results of 630 MW supercritical coal-fired units in Huadian Guigang Power Generation Co.,ltd.show that the unit's ability to respond to load commands quickly after optimization is enhanced.on the premise of achieving stable unit operating parameters,the speed and accuracy of AGC are greatly improved,and the primary frequency regulation meets the assessment requirements of middle note.
