摘  要:目前国内600MW超临界锅炉的制粉系统多采用双进双出钢球磨煤机正压直吹系统。在初步设计阶段,每台炉会设置两台100%容量的密封风机,在运行实践中,发现仅需对原密封风和一次风系统进行少量改造即可取消密封风机,该方案一旦实施成功,不但具有显著的节能效果,而且可以在同类型机组中大量推广。At present,the pulverization system of 600 MW supercritical boilers in China mostly adopts a double inlet and double outlet steel ball coal mill positive pressure direct blowing system.In the preliminary design stage,each furnace will be equipped with two 100%capacity sealed fans.In practical operation,it was found that only a small amount of modification to the original sealed air and primary air systems is needed to eliminate the sealed fans.Once this plan is successfully implemented,it not only has significant energy-saving effects,but can also be widely promoted in similar units.
