摘 要:随着我国电力市场改革的不断深化,需求侧资源参与到虚拟电厂优化调度中已成为必然趋势。需求侧响应(DSR)是指在电力市场环境下,用户用电行为发生改变时对负荷曲线作出相应调整,以提高终端用电质量和用电效率。DSR可作为一种灵活可控的资源参与到虚拟电厂中,根据DSR调度方法不同分为分时电价型和需求响应型两种类型。目前DSR作为一种新型电力系统得到了广泛关注和研究。在分时电价型DSR中,电力系统通过分时电价来引导用户改变用电行为,实现对电力市场的优化。在需求响应型DSR中,用户根据自身需求对电力系统进行调整以满足自身用电需求。文章针对基于价格型需求响应的虚拟电厂优化调度方法进行了研究。With the continuous deepening of China’s electricity market reform,the participation of demand side resources in the optimization and scheduling of virtual power plants has become an inevitable trend.Demand Side Response(DSR)refers to making corresponding adjustments to the load curve when user electricity consumption behavior changes in the electricity market environment,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of terminal electricity consumption.DSR can be used as aflexible and controllable resource to participate in virtual power plants,and can be divided into two types based on different DSR scheduling methods:time of use electricity pricing and demand response.Currently,DSR has received widespread attention and research as a new type of power system.In the time of use pricing(TOU)DSR,the power system guides users to change their electricity consumption behavior through TOU pricing,achieving optimization of the electricity market.In demand responsive DSR,users adjust the power system according to their own needs to meet their own electricity needs.This article focuses on the optimization scheduling method of virtual power plants based on price based demand response.
