摘　　要：文章聚焦于转供电主体收取电费问题的规范化,分析当前转供电服务的现状、面临的问题与挑战,并探讨转供电费码的应用及其背景。由于服务质量不一、收费不规范等问题,文章利用智能化技术来提升用电管理质量,结果表明,在降低成本、提高效率方面具有显著提升。The article focuses on the standardization of electricity fees charged by power transfer entities,analyzes the current status,problems,and challenges faced by power transfer services,and explores the application and background of power transfer fee codes.Due to issues such as inconsistent service quality and non-standard charges,this article uses intelligent technology to improve the quality of electricity management.The results show significant improvements in reducing costs and improving efficiency.
