摘　　要：目的:系统评价女性乳腺癌病人性功能障碍的影响因素,为制定相关的干预措施提供科学依据。方法:检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统从建库至2023年9月关于女性乳腺癌病人性功能障碍影响因素的文献,依据纳入及排除标准对文献进行筛选,并进行质量评价;采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入11篇文献,涉及2728例女性乳腺癌病人;Meta分析结果显示,手术方式、化疗、内分泌治疗、术后时间、术后第1次性生活时间、是否接受性生活专业指导、社会支持、身体意象等是女性乳腺癌病人性功能障碍的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:现有证据表明,多种因素影响乳腺癌病人性功能障碍;临床护理人员应及时采取有效措施预防女性乳腺癌病人的性健康问题,从而提升其生活质量。Objective:To systematically evaluate the influencing factors of sexual dysfunction in female breast cancer patients,and provide scientific basis for formulating relevant intervention measures.Methods:Search PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP and SinoMed from the establishment of the database to September 2023 related to the factors affecting sexual dysfunction in female breast cancer patients were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the quality of the literature was evaluated.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results:A total of 11 articles were included,involving 2728 female breast cancer patients.Meta-analysis showed that the mode of surgery,chemotherapy,endocrine therapy time after surgery,time of first sexual intercourse after surgery,professional guidance in sexual life,social support,and body image were the influencing factors of sexual dysfunction in female breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Existing evidence shows that multiple factors affect sexual dysfunction in breast cancer patients.Clinical nursing staff should take effective measures to prevent the sexual health of female breast cancer patients in time,so as to improve their quality of life.
