摘 要:快掘工作面粉尘治理作为粉尘防治的重难点问题,严重威胁了矿工职业健康和矿井安全生产。为此,针对高家堡煤矿西区1#回风大巷掘进工作面建立等比例物理模型,基于Fluent分别模拟了传统单一压入式控尘,矿用干式除尘器和长压短抽结合控尘等不同条件下的巷道风流场及粉尘场的变化规律。结果表明,使用长压短抽及加装干式除尘器后巷道风速明显提高,由1.8 m/s增加到4.5 m/s,在抽风机的负压下形成了更大的涡流场。现场实测结果表明,综合使用干式除尘器长压短抽通风方式后,高家堡煤矿西区1#回风大巷掘进工作面各采样点处的煤尘均低于150 mg/m^(3),该方法显著降低了工作面粉尘浓度,改善了作业环境,保护了作业人员健康安全。Dust control of fast excavation face,as a key and difficult problem of dust control,seriously threatens miners’occupational health and mine safety production.Therefore,this paper establishes an equal-scaled physical model for the driving face of the 1#return air main roadway in the west of Gaojiapu Coal Mine.Based on Fluent,the change laws of the airflow field and dust field of the roadway under different conditions of traditional single pressure dust control,mine dry dust collector and long pressure and short extraction combined dust control are simulated,respectively.The results show as follows:After the use of long pressure short extraction and the installation of dry dust collector,the air speed of the roadway is significantly increased from 1.8 m/s to 4.5 m/s,and a larger vortex field is formed under the negative pressure of the extraction fan.The field measurement results show that after the combined use of dry dust collector with long pressure and short extraction ventilation,the coal dust at each sampling point of the driving face of the 1#return air main roadway in the west of Gaojiapu Coal Mine is lowered by 150 mg/m^(3),which significantly reduces the dust concentration of the working face,improves the working environment,and protects the health and safety of operators.
