摘 要:主提升系统作为煤炭生产的关键环节,是矿井扩能改造时的重点工程,对于斜井开拓并采用带式输送机作为主提升方式的矿井,主斜井带式输送机生产能力的提升对整个矿井的扩能改造发挥着至关重要的作用。生产矿井的主提升系统改造,因受到现场的多重因素影响,改造方案需要权衡各方面优缺点,以柳巷煤矿主提升系统扩能改造为例,在改造方案设计时充分考虑矿井实际情况,结合企业的需求和现场实际情况多方面对比,选择合适的主斜井带式输送机改造方案,为类似的工程设计提供了借鉴和参考。The main lifting system,as a key link in coal production in mines,is a key project in the expansion and renovation of mines.For mines with inclined shaft development and belt conveyor as the main lifting method,the improvement of the production capacity of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor plays a crucial role in the expansion and renovation of the entire mine.The main lifting system renovation of the production mine is affected by multiple factors on-site,and the renovation plan needs to consider the advantages and disadvantages of various aspects.Taking the expansion and renovation of Liuxiang Coal Mine as an example,in the design of the renovation plan,the actual situation of the mine is fully considered,and a suitable main inclined shaft belt conveyor renovation plan is selected based on the needs of the enterprise.This study provides reference and guidance for similar engineering designs.
