摘 要:为了能有效提高煤泥的综合利用价值,降低生产成本,选煤厂应用煤泥烘干技术可以促进煤泥利用工艺的优化升级,走规模经济发展道路,避免低水平重复建设,有利于节能降耗和清洁生产,走可持续发展道路。着重从煤泥烘干技术工艺和设备,深入剖析了工艺体系和设备的创新性,以及煤泥烘干技术在选煤厂应用后的环境效益和经济效益,解决了煤泥对环境的污染及资源浪费现象,逐步形成和完善了矿山产业循环经济圈,提高了企业可持续发展的能力。In order to effectively improve the comprehensive utilization value of slime and reduce the production cost,the application of slime drying technology in coal preparation plant can promote the optimization and upgrading of slime utilization process,boost scaled economic development,and avoid low-level repeated construction,which is conducive to energy conservation,consumption reduction,clean production and sustainable development.This paper focuses on the innovation of process system and equipment,the environmental and economic benefits of the application of slime drying technology in coal preparation plant,thus solving the phenomenon of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by slime,gradually forming and improving the circular economy circle of mining industry,and boosting the capability of sustainable development of enterprises.
