摘　　要：高压主汽阀位于高压调阀之前,正常运行情况下阀门处于全开状态,在汽轮机启动过程中用于控制进入汽缸的蒸汽流量。在机组遇到紧急情况停机时,主汽阀快速关闭,起到切断汽源的作用。为提高汽轮机工作可靠性,需定期开展全行程试验,检测高压主汽阀门动作是否存在异常。针对某350 MW超临界燃煤机组汽轮机高压主汽阀全行程试验过程中主蒸汽压力和锅炉负荷产生的波动原因进行研究,通过对运行数据进行分析,提出将高压调阀关速率由0.2%/s降至0.1%/s,试验时长由600 s延长至900 s的优化方法。试验结果表明,优化后机组负荷最大波动为4.378 MW,主蒸汽压力最大波动为0.936 MPa,主机轴振、轴向位移、胀差等参数均在正常波动范围内,优化后试验操作对锅炉负荷波动影响明显减小,该研究可为汽轮机高压主汽阀全行程试验提供参考。The high pressure main steam valve is located before the high-pressure regulating valve,and the valve is fully open under normal operation,which is used to control the steam flow into the cylinder during the start of the steam engine.When the unit is shut down in an emergency,the main steam valve is quickly closed to cut off the steam source.In order to improve the working reliability of the turbine,it is necessary to carry out full stroke test regularly to detect whether there is abnormal during the operation of high pressure main steam valve.According to the fluctuation of the main steam pressure and boiler load during the full stroke test of the high pressure main steam valve of a 350 MW supercritical coal-fired unit is studied.Based on the analysis of previous operating data,it is proposed to modify the high-pressure regulating valve closing rate from 0.2%/s to 0.1%/s.The test duration time is prolonged from 600 s to 900 s.The test results show that the maximum load fluctuation of the unit is 4.378 MW,the maximum fluctuation of the main steam pressure is 0.936 MPa,and the parameters of the main engine such as axial vibration,axial displacement and expansion differential are within the permissible fluctuation range.It provides a reference for the full stroke test operation of the high pressure main steam valve of the turbine.
