摘  要:杨木单板通过卷曲辊压方式制备重组材是其高值化利用的有效途径,明确杨木单板的卷曲辊压受力特性与本构模型是辊压成型的基础。在可表达杨木受压力学特性的多孔材料力学本构模型基础上,分析杨木单板在辊压过程中的受力情况,提出杨木单板辊压力学模型。为确定力学模型未知参数并验证模型对杨木单板受压特性的适用性,进行杨木单板受压标定试验,模型与曲线拟合相关系数为0.9941,能够表征应力-应变的对应关系,用于后续测定试验中单板辊压力的表达。通过ADAMS对单板卷曲辊压过程的受力变化进行仿真,并使用东华DH5908无线动态应变测试采集系统对辊压成型的应变信号进行采集,试验值与仿真值的误差在4%~8%之间,验证了力学仿真分析和力学模型的有效性。研究结果可为单板卷曲辊压成型工艺控制和数值分析提供重要依据。Poplar veneer is an effective way of high value utilisation through the preparation of recombined materials by curling and rolling,and clarifying the curling and rolling force characteristics of poplar veneer and the ontological model is the basis of roll forming.On the basis of the porous material mechanical constitutive model which can express the mechanical properties of poplar wood under pressure,the roll pressure model of poplar wood veneer is proposed by analysing the force of poplar wood veneer in the process of roll pressing.In order to determine the unknown parameters of the mechanical model and verify the applicability of the model to the compression characteristics of poplar veneer,a calibration test of poplar veneer under compression was carried out,and the correlation coefficient between the model and the curve fitting was 0.9941,which can characterise the correspondence between stress and strain,and is used for the expression of veneer roll pressure in the subsequent measurement test.The force change of veneer curling roll pressing process was simulated by ADAMS,and the strain signal of roll forming was collected by using Donghua DH5908 wireless dynamic strain test acquisition system,and the error between the test value and the simulated value was between 4%and 8%,which verified the validity of the mechanical simulation analysis and the mechanical model.The results of the study can provide an important basis for the process control and numerical analysis of veneer curling roll forming.
