摘 要:为研究再生混凝土梁抗剪承载力计算模型,以再生混凝土取代率、钢筋强度和剪跨比三个参数进行再生混凝土梁抗剪试验研究。研究发现,再生混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁抗剪破坏机理基本一致,但再生混凝土梁的抗剪承载力弱于普通混凝土梁;CRB600H梁抗剪承载力高于HRB400梁。通过基于线性回归分析考虑钢筋强度参数对SL 191—2008规范的计算公式进行了修正,得到再生混凝土取代率系数函数式和计算模型,该模型可以作为剪切强度计算模型之一。通过建立一元回归模型和多元回归模型进一步探讨了再生混凝土梁抗剪承载力计算模型,分析发现,一元回归分析模型不适合作为评估计算模型,而多元线性回归模型和多元纯二次回归模型预测效果优于一元回归分析模型和SL 191—2008规范的修正模型,其评估效果较好,可以作为再生混凝土抗剪承载力计算方法。最后,将本文中几种计算模型与ACI318规范进行对比,发现ACI318的评估效果较弱。To study the shear load-bearing capacity calculation model of recycled concrete beams,a shear test was conducted using three parameters:recycled concrete replacement ratio,steel reinforcement strength,and shear span-to-depth ratio.The study finds that the shear failure mechanism of recycled concrete beams is essentially consistent with that of ordinary concrete beams,but the shear load-bearing capacity of recycled concrete beams is weaker than that of ordinary concrete beams.The shear load-bearing capacity of CRB600H beams is higher than that of HRB400 beams.Through linear regression analysis,the calculation formula from the 191—2008 code is modified by considering the steel reinforcement strength parameter,resulting in a coefficient function for the recycled concrete replacement ratio and a calculation model,which can be used as one of the shear strength calculation models.Further exploration of the shear load-bearing capacity calculation model for recycled concrete beams is conducted by establishing univariate and multivariate regression models.The analysis revealed that the univariate regression model is not suitable as an evaluation calculation model,while the multivariate linear regression model and the multivariate pure quadratic regression model outperformed both the univariate regression model and the modified 191—2008 code model in terms of predictive accuracy.These models can be used as effective methods for calculating the shear load-bearing capacity of recycled concrete.Finally,a comparison of the calculation models in this paper with the ACI318 code showed that the evaluation accuracy of ACI318 is weaker.
