摘 要:浙江省小型水库大多建于20世纪70年代之前,已达到或超过使用年限,进入了病险多发期,其溃坝风险逐渐加大。结合水利部门提出的要把预报、预演、预警、预案作为水库安全度汛的关键抓手,本文通过数字化手段,利用二维水动力模型,开展大洋水库溃坝过程仿真模拟研究,模拟小型水库溃坝发展过程,绘制其溃坝影响范围图,可为制定针对性较强的小型水库溃坝突发事件安全应急预案提供技术支持。Most of the small reservoirs in Zhejiang Province were built in the 1970s and have reached or exceeded their service life,entering a period with frequent structural risks,thereby increasing the risk of dam failure.In line with the water conservancy department’s recommendation to prioritize forecasting,rehearsal,warning,and contingency planning as key measures for ensuring reservoir safety during flood seasons,this paper utilizes digital methods and a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model to conduct a simulation study of the dam-break process of the Dayang Reservoir.The study simulates the development of a dam-break event in a small reservoir and maps the affected areas,providing technical support for the formulation of targeted safety emergency response plans for sudden dam-break incidents in small reservoirs.
