摘  要:太湖位于太湖流域中心位置,是流域的洪水集散地,其设防水位是评判流域防洪形势的重要特征水位之一,也是部署流域防汛工作的重要依据之一。近年来的流域性洪水中,太湖水位多次突破原设防水位,对区域防洪产生了较大影响。本文采用太湖流域河网一维水量水质模型,分析研究太湖设防水位的变化对区域防洪的影响。结果表明,太湖设防水位与上游区域洪水位呈正相关,与下游区域洪水位呈负相关。太湖设防水位的升高,使得上游区域超特征水位的幅度和历时逐渐增大,特别是对湖西区和长兴平原的影响更为明显。Taihu Lake is located at the center of the Taihu Lake Basin and serves as a flood convergence and dispersal area for the basin.Its flood control water level is one of the key reference levels for assessing the flood control situation in the basin and an important basis for deploying flood control measures.In recent years,the water level of Taihu Lake has repeatedly exceeded the original flood control water level during basin-wide floods,significantly affecting regional flood prevention.This paper uses a one-dimensional hydrodynamic and water quality model for the Taihu Lake Basin river network to analyze the impact of changes in Taihu Lake’s flood control water level on regional flood prevention.The results show that the Taihu Lake flood control water level is positively correlated with upstream flood levels and negatively correlated with downstream flood levels.As the flood control water level of Taihu Lake rises,the extent and duration of water levels exceeding the characteristic level in the upstream regions gradually increase,particularly impacting the Huxi District area and the Changxing Plain.
