摘 要:以珠三角水资源配置工程为依托,针对深井工作平台高支模施工风险高、施工困难的特点,提出“预制UHPC免拆模板+预制工字梁+现浇面板”深井工作平台体系,并对该平台体系的结构设计与计算分析进行了详细研究,通过专业计算分析软件建立三维空间杆系模型,进行结构受力分析,以及按照相关规范进行抗弯、抗剪承载力验算,正截面、斜截面抗裂验算和挠度验算等计算分析,同时对预制UHPC免拆模板和工字梁进行静载试验。研究结果表明,工作平台结构既具有足够的抗弯和抗剪承载能力,也满足相关规范对正截面和斜截面抗裂性能的要求,此外,挠度分析也表明结构的变形控制在合理范围内,这些结果为设计方案的合理性提供了支持,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。This paper is based on the Pearl River Delta water resource allocation project and aims to address the high construction risks and difficulties associated with the high formwork support construction of the deep well working platform.The"precast UHPC demountable formwork+precast I-beam+cast-in-place panel"deep well working platform system is proposed.This study provides a detailed investigation into the structural design and calculation analysis of this novel deep well working platform system.It introduces the background of the project and describes the structural design scheme and specific construction details of the deep well working platform.A three-dimensional spatial truss model was established using specialized bridge engineering software,and structural analysis was conducted to determine the load distribution.Calculation analyses were performed according to relevant specifications,including bending capacity calculation,shear capacity calculation,crack resistance calculation for normal cross-sections,crack resistance calculation for inclined cross-sections,and deflection calculation.Static load tests were also conducted on the precast UHPC demountable formwork and precast I-beams.The results obtained from the calculation analysis and static load tests indicate that the working platform structure exhibits sufficient bending and shear capacity,while also meeting the requirements of relevant specifications regarding crack resistance for both normal and inclined cross-sections.Additionally,the deflection analysis confirms that the deformation of the structure remains within a reasonable range.These results provide support for the rationality of the design scheme and offer valuable references for similar projects.
