摘  要:数字孪生流域是智慧水利体系的核心。东江作为粤港澳大湾区的重要水源,目前水资源开发利用和保护面临严峻形势,为提升东江流域水资源管理和调配能力,应用数字孪生技术,以数据底板、模型平台、知识平台和业务应用建设为手段,初步构建了具有“四预”功能的数字孪生东江流域系统应用。结合实际应用案例,分析了数字孪生东江对东江流域水资源管理产生的影响,结果表明,数字孪生东江的建设能有效提升东江流域水资源管理的精准性和效率,可为实现水资源高效利用和可持续发展提供新的路径。The digital twin basin is the core of the smart water conservancy system.Dongjiang River is an important water source in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area facing a severe situation in water resources development,utilization,and protection.In order to enhance the management and allocation capacity of water resources in the Dongjiang River Basin,digital twin technology was applied,and a digital twin Dongjiang River Basin system with"four pre"functions was preliminarily constructed by means of data base platform,model platform,knowledge platform,and application construction.Based on practical application cases,the effect on Dongjiang River Basin water resources management was analyzed.Result shows that the construction of digital twin Dongjiang can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of water resource management in the Dongjiang River Basin,providing a new path for achieving efficient utilization and sustainable development of water resources.
