摘  要:为解决无人值守水文巡测站流量测验难题和确保安全生产,提升流量测验现代化水平,文章融合云技术、AI识别、互联网和自动缆道测流技术等,研发了基于云平台的远程智能缆道测流系统,实现了全天候远程智能缆道全自动流量监测,且有效保障安全生产。该系统已于2023年投入使用,不仅提高了水文监测工作效率和安全生产保障程度,也提升了测验成果的时效性、准确率,为洪水预警预报提供了科学、及时、准确的实测资料依据,具有很好的推广应用前景。In order to solve the problem of unattended hydrological patrol station discharge measurement,ensure safe production,and improve the modernization level of traffic testing,this paper integrates cloud technology,image intelligent recognition,Internet and automatic cable discharge measurement technology,and develops a remote intelligent cable discharge measurement system based on cloud platform to realize all-weather remote intelligent cable automatic traffic monitoring.And effectively ensure the safety of the cable facilities themselves.The remote intelligent cableway has been put into use in 2023,which not only improves the efficiency of hydrological monitoring and the level of production safety guarantee,but also improves the timeliness and accuracy of test results,providing scientific,timely and accurate measured data basis for flood warning and prediction,and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
