摘  要:简述了聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)的性能特点,介绍了MXD6的合成方法(尼龙盐法和直接熔融缩聚法)以及各自的产品性能和改性制品。综述了MXD6的改性方法,涵盖了MXD6化学共聚改性和物理共混改性。聚焦于MXD6的两个重要应用领域(工程塑料领域和包装材料领域),重点分析了改性材料及其加工方法的研究进展、改性材料的功能特性在各自领域的产品应用,并指出了优化MXD6的合成工艺方法,进一步研究开发MXD6共聚产物和优化合成工艺,拓展MXD6及合金在工程塑料领域的应用,仍然是国内合成改性企业的探索研究方向。Properties and synthesis methods of poly(m-xylene adipamide)(MXD6)were introduced,including nylon salt method and melt phase polycondensation method.Modification methods of MXD6 were reviewed,including chemical copolymerization modification and physical blending modification.Focusing on two important application areas of MXD6(engineering plastics and packaging materials),the research progress of modified materials and their processing methods were analyzed,the functional characteristics of modified material were used in products in their respective fields,and the synthetic process methods for optimizing MXD6 were identified.Further research and development of MXD6 copolymerization products and optimization of synthesis process,expanding the application of MXD6 and its alloys in the field of industrial plastics,is still the exploration and research direction of domestic synthetic modification enterprises.
