摘 要:选用大型有限元分析软件Ansys建立了双辊铸轧铸轧区的三维模型,模拟了铸轧区的温度场和凝固熔化相图,结合铸轧过程中固相区的受力分析,计算了不同工艺参数组合下6061铝合金铸轧固相区单位铸轧力与相应温度下材料的应力极限。采用NF6-300立式铸轧机进行试验,观察板材的表面形貌,与模拟计算结果相比对,验证模型的准确性。研究结果表明,相对于1/4处和心部,材料边部单位铸轧力最大,峰值单位铸轧力分别提高了约100%和129%。当工艺参数选择为浇注温度690℃、铸轧速度15 m/min和浇注温度710℃、铸轧速度13 m/min时可以防止铸轧力过大造成的6061铝合金铸轧板坯开裂。The three-dimensional model of the casting and rolling zone of the twin-roll casting and rolling process was established by using the large finite element analysis software Ansys,and the temperature field and solidification and melting phase diagram of the cast⁃ing and rolling zone were simulated.Combined with the force analysis of the solid phase zone during the casting and rolling process,the unit casting and rolling force of 6061 aluminium alloy in the casting and rolling solid phase zone and the stress limit of the material at the corresponding temperature were calculated under different process parameters.NF6-300 vertical casting and rolling machine was used to observe the surface morphology of the sheet,which corresponded to the simulation results and verified the accuracy of the model.The results show that compared with 1/4 and the core,the unit casting and rolling force at the edge of the material is larget,and the peak of unit casting and rolling force is increased by about 100%and 129%.When the process parameters are selected as casting temperature 690℃,casting and rolling speed 15 m/min,and casting temperature710℃,casting and rolling speed 13 m/min,the cracking of 6061 aluminium alloy casting and rolling sheets caused by casting and rolling force can be prevented.
