摘  要:针对金属板材单点渐进成形工艺,选用具有较强成形性能的5052铝合金板材进行研究。基于Abaqus建立单点渐进成形有限元模型,以工具头直径、轴向进给量、板材初始厚度为研究变量,成形后圆锥台结构的最大Mises应力和最大减薄率为优化目标,设计了正交试验,并对每组参数进行模拟分析,采用田口分析和方差分析对工艺参数进行优化。优化结果表明,轴向进给量和板材初始厚度是对最大Mises应力影响的显著项,最终的优化工艺参数组合为工具头直径8 mm、轴向进给量0.5 mm、板材初始厚度0.5 mm,该工艺参数分析的圆锥台结构最大Mises为213.35 MPa,最大减薄率为38.32%。通过单点渐进成形试验进行验证,成形后的圆锥台结构表面质量较好,这也表明该工艺参数组合具备实际应用的可行性。Aiming at the single point incremental forming process of metal sheet,5052 aluminium alloy sheet with strong forming per⁃formance was selected for study.The single point incremental forming finite element model of was established based on Abaqus.Tak⁃ing the diameter of the tool head,the axial feed rate and the initial thickness of the sheet as the study variables,the maximum Mises stress and the maximum thinning rate of the conical table structure after forming as the optimization objectives,the orthogonal test was designed,and the parameters of each group were simulated and analyzed.The process parameters were optimized by Taguchi analysis and variance analysis.The optimization results show that the axial feed rate and the initial thickness of the sheet are the significant items affecting the maximum Mises stress.The final optimized process parameter combination is the tool head diameter of 8 mm,the axial feed rate of 0.5 mm,and the initial thickness of the sheet of 0.5 mm.The maximum Mises of the conical table structure after the analy⁃sis of the process parameters is 213.35 MPa,and the maximum thinning rate is 38.32%.It is verified by the single point incremental forming test that the surface quality of the formed conical table structure is good,which also shows that the combination of process pa⁃rameters has the feasibility of practical application.
