摘  要:竹苗栽植技术是大熊猫栖息地生态修复工程成功与否的关键。为探究大熊猫主食竹类人工促进恢复的关键环节和技术要点,我们结合近年来同类项目的实践经验,对大熊猫栖息地生态修复竹苗栽植中竹兜大小、不同整地方式、截杆造林、不同海拔及栽植时间对成活率及发笋率的影响进行了研究,结果显示:不同栽植时间、不同海拔、不同整地方式以及栽植兜的大小都对竹苗生长成活率和发笋率影响较大。本研究为规范太白山大熊猫栖息地生态修复工程竹苗栽植施工技术提供科学数据,亦能为同类地区的生态修复提供技术参考,对本区大熊猫栖息地的生态修复具有重要意义。The bamboo seedling cultivation technology is crucial to the success of the ecological restoration project in giant panda habitats.To explore the key technical points for artificially promoting the restoration of bamboo species,which are the main food source for giant pandas,the effects of different sizes of bamboo rhizomes,various site preparation methods,cutting and planting of bamboo poles,different altitudes,and planting times on the survival rate and shoot emergence rate in the ecological restoration of bamboo seedlings for giant panda habitats were studied.The results showed that different planting times,altitudes,land preparation methods,and the size of the planting bags all have significant impacts on the survival rate and shoot emergence.This study provides scientific data for standardizing the techniques of bamboo seedling cultivation in the ecological restoration project of giant panda habitats in the Taibai Mountains,and can also serve as a technical reference for ecological restoration in similar regions.
