摘　　要：甜柿具有良好的营养保健价值,在秦岭北麓地区大量种植。因品种繁杂、管理粗放等原因使其产量品质低下。本文分析了秦岭北麓柿园低产的原因,从优质高效、品种选择、整形、嫁接、修剪、肥水管理、病虫害防治等方面详细阐述了甜柿低产林改造方法,总结提炼出“两降、两改、三提升”、“五去五留”的高效高产栽培技术。Sweet persimmons have excellent nutritional and health benefits,and are widely cultivated in the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains.However,due to factors such as diverse varieties and extensive management,their yield and quality are low.This article analyzed the reasons for the low yield of persimmon orchards in the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains and elaborated on the methods to transform low-yielding sweet persimmon forests from the aspects of selecting high-quality and efficient varieties,shaping,grafting,pruning,fertilizer and water management,and pest control.The efficient and high-yield cultivation techniques such as“reducing two factors,improving two aspects,and enhancing three aspects”and“removing five and retaining five”are summarized.
