摘 要:针对某电厂660 MW锅炉开展了低负荷下的炉内燃烧过程数值模拟研究,对比锅炉在30%BMCR(锅炉最大连续蒸发量)负荷和100%BMCR负荷下运行时炉内的燃烧特性,分析低负荷对炉内燃烧过程的影响。结果表明:低负荷工况下,炉膛内能保持较好的流场充满度,流场和温度场分布均匀,燃烧组织合理,可保证煤粉颗粒的着火和燃烧;30%BMCR负荷相较于100%BMCR负荷,锅炉中心纵截面平均温度降低了35.88%,燃尽区温度差距变大;低负荷工况能减弱火焰贴壁对炉膛热负荷的影响,改善壁面热负荷的分布情况,使煤粉更易着火、燃烧更充分。A numerical simulation study on the combustion process of a 660 MW boiler under low load in a power plant was implemented,including comparing combustion characteristics of the boiler under 30%BMCR load and 100%BMCR load and analyzing the influence of low load on the combustion process.The results show that,under low load conditions,the furnace can maintain good flow-field fullness,both flow field and temperature field distribution become uniform and the combustion structure is reasonable to ensure both ignition and combustion of pulverized coal particles.Under 30%BMCR load,as compared to 100%BMCR load,the longitudinal section’s average temperature at the boiler center can be reduced by 35.88%and the temperature gap in the burnout zone becomes larger;the low load condition can weaken the influence of the flame sticking to the wall on the heat load of the furnace,and improve the distribution of the heating load on the wall,as well as make the pulverized coal more easy to ignite and burn more fully.
