摘　　要：目的探究采用AcoStream外周血栓抽吸系统对急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者进行血栓抽吸术治疗的静脉功能改善效果。方法选取郑州人民医院2022年5月至2024年1月收治的80例急性下肢深静脉血栓患者,按简单随机法分为试验组和对照组各40例,采用不同的治疗方式,试验组采用AcoStream外周血栓抽吸系统治疗,对照组使用单纯导管接触溶栓治疗,比较两组患者静脉瓣功能情况。结果对两组的一般资料进行比较分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组与对照组的轴向返流评分、多节段评分、返流量、平均返流时间、临床分级、静脉临床严重程度评分(venous clinical severity score,VCSS)、生活质量调查(chronic venous insufieiency questionnaire,CIVIQ)的t值为8.113、19.421、5.932、6.898、4.876、10.933、14.908,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论分析数据可知,使用AcoStream血栓抽吸装置比单纯导管接触溶栓对于急性下肢深静脉血栓患者的静脉瓣膜功能损伤更小,保护性更好,可在临床上推广应用。Objective Exploring the effect of using the AcoStream peripheral thrombus aspiration system on improving venous function in patients with acute lower limb deep vein thrombosis undergoing thrombus aspiration therapy.Methods Selected 80 patients with acute lower limb deep vein thrombosis from Zhengzhou People's Hospital from May 2022 to January 2024.Divided into an experimental group and a control group of 40 cases each,using different treatment methods.The experimental group was treated with AcoStream peripheral thrombus aspiration system,while the control group was treated with simple catheter contact thrombolysis.The venous valve function of the two groups of patients was compared.Results Comparing and analyzing the general information of the two groups,there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The t-values of axial reflux score,multi segment score,reflux flow rate,mean reflux time,clinical grade,VCSS score,and CIVIQ between the experimental group and the control group were 8.113,19.421,5.932,6.898,4.876,10.933,and 14.908,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion According to the analysis of data,the use of AcoStream thrombus suction device is less damaging to venous valve function in patients with acute lower limb deep vein thrombosis compared to simple catheter contact thrombolysis,and has better protection.It can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
