摘 要:以越窑后司岙窑址出土唐、五代匣钵为主要研究对象,通过X-射线衍射仪对模拟匣钵试样进行物相分析,发现试样的2θ在10°~80°范围内均有衍射峰出现,最强峰2θ在25°~26°范围内,这与石英的最强峰位置一致,此石英是匣钵中未完全熔融的残留石英颗粒。研究结果表明:匣钵试样中方石英的析出量随着试烧次数的增加而增加,但析出的速率则随之降低,莫来石晶体也随之增加并变成短柱状,莫来石和方石英的含量由试烧3次时的19.00%、2.19%逐渐增加到试烧35次数时的21.64%、6.52%;熔融石英周围的熔蚀边增宽,匣钵试样的气孔率增加,体积密度减少,使用性能降低。This study focuses on saggar of Tang and Five Dynasties excavated from the Housiao kiln site in Yue Kiln.Phase composition analysis of the simulated saggar was conducted by X-ray diffractometer.It was found that diffraction peaks appeared in the 2θrange of 10°to 80°,with the strongest peak at 2θbetween 25°and 26°,consistent with the strongest peak position of quartz.This quartz represents residual quartz particles in the box bowls that were not completely melted.The research results show that the precipitation of quartz in the saggar increases with the number of test firings,but the precipitation rate decreases.Mullite crystals also increase and become short columnar,with the content of mullite and quartz increasing from 19.00%and 2.19%after 3 firing times to 21.64%and 6.52%after 35 firing times.The porosity of the saggar sample increases,the volume density decreases,and the service performance decreases with the widening of the melting edge around the fused quartz.
