成都市高校网球专项课学生运动损伤预防现状研究

摘　　要：随着我国的经济高速发展,人们的生活水平也在不断提升,“全民健身”的思想已经深入人心,网球作为世界最好的运动——挥拍运动,越来越受到人们的欢迎。大学生作为成长最快、接受能力最强群体,在网球运动的传播过程中起着重要的作用,其中高校网球专项课学生则是其最中坚的力量,但是网球运动所带来的损伤在一定程度上制约了高校网球专项课学生的发展,因此本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,以西南财经大学、四川师范大学、西南民族大学、四川工商学院4所高校网球专项课学生为调查对象,进行调查研究,并在此基础上提出了相应的建议,希望能为成都市网球专项课学生在运动损伤研究和预防工作方面提供参考。With the rapid economic development of our country,people's living standards are also improving,the idea of"fitness for all"has been deeply popular,tennis as the best sport in the world,swing sport,more and more popular among the people.College students,as the fastest growing group with the strongest acceptance ability,play an important role in the dissemination process of tennis,among which college students specialized in tennis are the most hardcore force.However,the injuries brought by tennis restrict the development of college students specialized in tennis to some extent.Therefore,this paper adopts questionnaire survey,literature data method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to investigate and study the students of the tennis course in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics,Sichuan Normal University and Southwest Minzu University.Based on this,it puts forward corresponding suggestions.It is hoped to provide reference for sports injury research and prevention for students of special tennis course in Chengdu.
