摘　　要：测绘生产单位是测绘成果档案管理最小工作单位,受限于经费和管理水平,测绘数据成果档案、文书档案、科技档案多由不同部门分别管理,造成档案管理割裂性,并往往采用传统档案库房管理模式,导致直观性差、工作效率低等问题。因此通过对测绘数据类档案提取空间范围和对综合类档案构建档案二维库架模型实现测绘成果档案空间化信息表达,建立档案数据索引,制作测绘成果档案目录实现快速索引,然后基于编程技术研发测绘成果档案管理系统,实现了线上线下兼容式档案数据统一管理,为基层测绘单位测绘成果档案管理提供辅助。Surveying and mapping production unit is the smallest working unit for surveying and mapping archive management.Limited by funding and management,surveying and mapping data archives,document files,technological archives are mostly managed by different departments,which result in fragmentation of archive management.The traditional archive warehouse management mode results in poor intuitiveness,low work efficiency and other problems.In this paper,we realized the spatial information expression of surveying and mapping archive by extracting the spatial scope of surveying and mapping data and constructing two-dimensional library frame model of comprehensive archives.Then,we established an archive data index,and made a catalog of surveying and mapping archives to achieve rapid indexing.Finally,we developed a surveying and mapping archive management system based on programming technology,which could realize management of online and offline compatible archive data,and provide support for the management of surveying and mapping archives to grassroots surveying and mapping units.
