摘　　要：为提升不动产登记服务质效,推进数据信息化应用和共享。选择湖北省咸宁市通城县为不动产登记数据质量提升的试点区,深入分析存量数据和增量数据的现状问题。存量数据方面,将不动产登记数据问题进行分类,一对一形成空间数据、登记数据问题处理技术路线;增量数据方面,以增量数据完整上报为工作目标,采用省市两级多环节校验管控机制和调用省级质检服务,对不动产登记数据质量进行控制。以通城县为“切口”,探索能够辐射至整个湖北省的不动产登记数据质量提升路径,形成湖北省不动产登记数据质量管控和质量监管的工作方法。In order to enhance the quality and efficiency of real estate registration services,promote data informatization application and sharing,we selected Tongcheng County in Xianning City,Hubei Province as a pilot area,and thoroughly analyzed the current status of both inventory and incremental data.For inventory data,we classified the problems of real estate registration data and formed a one-on-one spatial data and registration data processing technical route.As for incremental data,taking achieving complete reporting of such data as the primary objective,we used a two-tier control mechanism at provincial and municipal levels along with provincial quality inspection service to ensure the quality of real estate registration information.Taking Tongcheng County as the“starting point”,we explored a pathway to improve real estate registration data quality that had an impact across Hubei Province,and established working methodologies for controlling and supervising real estate registration information in the province.
