摘 要:大粒径沥青稳定碎石的冻断或弯曲试验实现较为困难,为了研究硬质沥青稳定碎石的低温性能,设计了宽温度范围模量主曲线及低温开裂温度两种评价方法。基于模量主曲线,发现硬质沥青稳定碎石的动态模量在35℃环境下比普通沥青稳定碎石高112%,而在-20℃时则仅比普通沥青稳定碎石高19%;通过温度应力和抗拉强度计算的低温开裂温度发现,硬质沥青和普通沥青稳定碎石的低温开裂温度均达到了-20℃以下,前者仅比后者高3℃。模量和低温开裂温度两方面的分析评价表明,硬质沥青稳定碎石的低温性能比普通沥青稳定碎石略低,但应用于非严寒环境时不会明显提高路面低温开裂的可能。It is more difficult to realize freeze fracture or bending test for large-size asphalt treated broken stone.In order to study the low-temperature performance of hard asphalt treated broken stone,two evaluation methods,namely,modulus master curve for a wide range of temperatures and low-temperature cracking temperature,were designed.Based on the modulus master curve,it was found that the dynamic modulus of hard asphalt treated broken stone was 112%higher than that of ordinary asphalt treated broken stone at 35℃,while it was only 19%higher than that of ordinary asphalt treated broken stone at-20℃.It was found that the lowtemperature cracking temperatures calculated by temperature stress and tensile strength of both hard asphalt and ordinary asphalt treated broken stone reached the low-temperature cracking temperatures of less than-20℃,with the former was only 3℃ higher than the latter.The analysis and evaluation of both modulus and low-temperature cracking temperature show that the low-temperature performance of hard asphalt treated broken stone is slightly lower than that of ordinary asphalt treated broken stone,but it does not significantly increase the possibility of low-temperature cracking of pavements when they are applied to non-cold environments.
