摘  要:聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合塑料模板是一种节能型的绿色环保产品,凭借其轻质高强、可塑性大、重复利用率高等突出优势,被认为是最有希望取代当前建筑施工领域传统模板的材料之一。该文对PVC复合塑料模板的特点及其在建筑施工领域的研究应用进行了总结。阐述了当前PVC复合塑料模板未解决的问题,分析其未来研究方向,提出应进一步加强模板尺寸优化、热力耦合作用机理、适用规范制定以及生产工艺改进等多方面的深入研究,以期为提高PVC复合塑料模板的综合性能,扩大其使用领域范围提供建议和参考。Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)composite plastic formwork is a kind of energy-saving and green environmental protection product,which is regarded as one of the most promising materials to replace the current traditional formwork in the field of building construction by virtue of its outstanding advantages such as lightweight,high strength,plasticity,and high reutilization rate.This paper summarizes the characteristics of PVC composite plastic formwork and its research application in the field of building construction.It describes the current unsolved problems of PVC composite plastic formwork,analyzes the future research direction,and proposes that the in-depth research on optimization of formwork dimensions,thermal coupling mechanism,formulation of applicable specifications,and improvement of production process should be further strengthened,in order to provide suggestions and references for improving the comprehensive performance of PVC composite plastic formwork and expanding the scope of its use.
