摘 要:随着航天航空领域电子对抗设备性能的大幅提升,诞生了高集成度、高功率、高散热的模块化组成单元,结构组件的散热方式由风冷逐渐向液冷转变。在通过铝合金真空钎焊工序对组件内部流道进行加工时,其焊接缺陷无法通过人工目视来检测。因此急需一种可靠、精确的无损检测方法与分析手段,对铝合金液冷组件在生产加工过程中的程序设定、参数选取和夹具设计等环节进行优化,以提升、保障组件焊接面内部的焊接质量。本文主要通过分析对比工业CT和水浸式超声C扫两种检测技术,探索出液冷组件在生产过程中最有效、最适用的检测方法。With the substantial improvement of the performance of electronic countermeasures equipment in the aerospace field,modular units with high integration,high power and high heat dissipation have been born,and the heat dissipation mode of structural components has gradually changed from air cooling to liquid cooling.When the internal flow channel of the component is machined by the aluminum alloy vacuum brazing process,the welding defects cannot be detected by manual visual inspection.Therefore,we urgently need to explore a reliable and accurate non-destructive inspect and analysis method to optimize the program setting,parameter selection and fixture design of aluminum alloy liquid-cooled components in the production and processing process,so as to improve and ensure the welding quality inside the welding surface of the component.This paper mainly analyzes and compares the two detection technologies of industrial CT and water-immersed ultrasonic C-scan,and explores the most effective and applicable inspection method for liquid-cooled components in the production process.
