摘 要:针对发电机组汽轮机高压导汽管法兰连接螺栓在使用过程中产生的典型裂纹缺陷,分析了磁粉检测、渗透检测工艺的局限性,并对该类螺栓结构、材质及工期要求等综合考虑,确定对该类螺栓采用超声波纵波直探头、横波斜探头组合工艺检测,并用磁粉检测进行验证。检测结果表明,该工艺可靠且方法简便高效,结合磁粉检测可以提供较为直观的缺陷观察效果,也为其他同类型螺栓的检测提供了借鉴和参考。In response to the typical crack defects caused by the flange connection bolts of the highpressure steam pipe of the generator set turbine during use,the limitations of magnetic particle testing and penetration testing processes were analyzed.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the structure,material,and construction period requirements of these types of bolts,it was determined to use a combination process of ultrasonic longitudinal wave straight probe and transverse wave oblique probe for testing,and verified through magnetic particle testing.The inspection results indicate that the combination detection method is reliable and efficient.Combined with magnetic particle testing,it can provide a more intuitive defect observation effect and also provide reference and reference for other bolts of the same type to adopt this combination detection process.
