2022年山东省医疗卫生机构放射诊疗资源的分布及集聚度分析

摘　　要：目的对2022年山东省医疗卫生机构放射诊疗设备的配备、分布及集聚度进行调查分析,为进一步优化放射诊疗设备的配置、放射卫生的高质量发展提供科学依据。方法建立放射卫生专项调查信息化系统,制定统一调查表格,对全省医疗卫生机构的放射诊疗设备进行普查,经填报、审核、督查等质量控制措施,应用数据透视表对医疗卫生机构的数量、放射诊疗设备的配置情况等数据进行统计分析,比较不同区域分布的差异。结果山东省开展放射诊疗服务的医疗卫生机构共5543家,开展放射诊断、介入放射学、放疗、核医学诊疗的机构数量分别为5543家、231家、197家、139家。各类放射诊疗设备共14349台,其中放射诊断、放疗、核医学诊疗设备的数量分别为13995台、300台、54台。各类放射诊疗设备的平均拥有数量为105.51台/区县和141.10台/100万人。各地区医疗卫生机构的集聚度为0.51~1.84,各地区放射诊疗设备的集聚度为0.56~1.73。各地区放射诊疗资源的分布不均衡。结论山东省放射诊疗资源发展较快,但需进一步优化各区域间放射诊疗资源的配置,加大对核医学的政策倾斜,进一步增加核医学诊疗设备的配备。Objective To investigate and analyze the allocation,distribution,and agglomeration degree of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment of medical and heath institutions in Shandong Province in 2022 to provide a scientific basis for further optimizing the allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment and the high-quality development of radiological health.Methods A special survey information system for radiological health was established,a unified survey form was formulated,and a general survey of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment in medical and health institutions in the province was conducted.After quality control measures such as filling in,auditing,and supervision,the number of medical and health institutions and the allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment were statistically analyzed using a pivot table,and the differences in different regions were compared.Results A total of 5543 medical and health institutions provide radiological diagnosis and treatment services,of which 5543 engage in diagnostic radiology,231 offer interventional radiology,197 provide radiotherapy,and 139 offer nuclear medicine.A total of 14349 sets of radiation diagnosis and treatment equipment are used,including 13995 sets of radiation diagnosis equipment,300 sets of radiation therapy equipment,and 54 sets of nuclear medicine equipment.The average number of different types of radiation diagnosis and treatment equipment was 105.51 sets/district and county,and 141.10 sets/million population.The aggregation degree of medical and health institutions in each region ranged from 0.51 to 1.84,and the aggregation degree of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment in each region ranged from 0.56 to 1.73.The distribution of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy resources in different regions is not balanced.Conclusions The development of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources is rapid in Shandong Province,and optimizing the allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources amo
