摘 要:波纹钢腹板-方钢管组合柱是一种新型的结构形式,为研究方钢管和波纹钢腹板外露于火灾下受到高温影响发生的损伤,采用ABAQUS软件建立了升降温火灾全过程作用后波纹钢腹板-方钢管组合柱性能分析有限元模型,模型时考虑了构件初始缺陷影响,采用试验实测数据结果对有限元模型进行可靠性验证。通过验证后的有限元模型对影响火灾后波纹钢腹板组合柱剩余承载力的主要因素进行参数分析。结果表明:升温时间、截面周长、截面含钢率和荷载偏心率是影响波纹钢组合柱火灾后剩余承载力的主要因素,研究结果可为波纹钢腹板-方钢管混凝土组合柱抗火性能研究提供参考。The corrugated steel web-concrete filled square steel tube composite column is a new type of structural form.In order to study the damage caused by high temperature to the exposed corrugated steel web and square steel tube during a fire,an ABAQUS finite element model was established to analyze the performance of the corrugated steel web-square steel tube composite column under the action of a full process of heating and cooling during a fire.The model also took into account the initial defects of the component and was verified for reliability using experimental data and results.The validated finite element model was used to conduct parameter analysis on the main factors affecting the residual bearing capacity of the corrugated steel composite column after a fire.The results show that the heating time,sectional perimeter,steel content in section and load eccentricity are the main factors affecting the residual bearing capacity of the corrugated steel composite column after a fire.And the research results can provide references for the study of the fire resistance performance of the corrugated steel web-concrete filled square steel tube composite column.
