摘 要:Eu(Ⅲ)凭借其独特的光致发光性能、单色性优良、Stokes位移大、配位数高以及Eu(Ⅲ)有机配体聚合物具有高量子效率、窄发射带、高色纯度等优点,近年来在免疫分析、电子荧光、光纤通讯、发光成像等领域得到了广泛应用,特别是较多应用于生物体荧光标记。综述了Eu(Ⅲ)有机配体聚合物体系的研究与应用进展。首先,阐述了Eu(Ⅲ)有机配体聚合物的研究背景、性质及其化学发光基本原理;其次,总结了配体的选择原则,以及针对Eu(Ⅲ)有机配体聚合物存在浓度猝灭、分布不均匀等问题,总结梳理了Eu(Ⅲ)的有机配体与不同聚合物进行复合时的关键问题的已有策略;最后,对Eu(Ⅲ)有机配体聚合物的未来发展趋势进行了展望。With its unique photoluminescence performance,excellent monochromaticity,large stokes shift,high coordination number and Eu(Ⅲ)organic ligand polymer with high quantum efficiency,narrow emission band and high color purity,Eu(Ⅲ)has been widely used in immunoassay,electron fluorescence,optical fiber communication,luminescence imaging and other fields in recent years,especially in the fluorescent labeling of organisms.This article reviews the research and application progress of Eu(Ⅲ)organic ligand polymer system.Firstly,the research background,properties and basic principles of chemiluminescence of Eu(Ⅲ)organic ligand polymers are described.Secondly,the selection principles of ligands are summarized.Aiming at the problems of concentration quenching and uneven distribution of Eu(Ⅲ)organic ligand polymers,the existing strategies of key problems in the compounding of Eu(Ⅲ)organic ligands with different polymers are summarized.Finally,the future development trend of Eu(Ⅲ)organic ligand polymers is prospected.
