摘 要:以开发日光激发的蓝色长余辉材料为研究目标,采用高温固相反应法成功制备了系列蓝色长余辉发光材料Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33):Eu^(2+),Nd^(3+)。材料的发射峰位于446 nm处。在室外太阳光的辐照条件下,在Eu^(2+)掺杂的基础上,通过共掺Nd^(3+),成功地将余辉时间由Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33):Eu^(2+)的400 s提升至约6000 s,余辉初始亮度可超500 mcd·m^(-2)。借助热释光曲线分析可知,共掺Nd^(3+)可以使适合余辉产生的浅陷阱的浓度大幅提高,陷阱深度大约0.7 eV,更有利于余辉的产生。最后,探讨了长余辉机制。In this thesis,aiming at developing blue persistent luminescence(Pers L)materials that can be excited by sunlight,a series of blue PersL phosphors Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33):Eu^(2+),Nd^(3+)was successfully synthesized through high-temperature solid-state reaction method.The emission peak of this material is located at 446 nm.Under the condition of simulated solar radiation,the duration time is increased from 400 to about 6000 s while the initial brightness of material can exceed 500 mcd·m^(-2)by co-doping Nd^(3+).By means of the analysis of thermoluminescence curves,it indicates that co-doping of Nd^(3+)can greatly increase the concentration of shallow traps suitable for Pers L.The trap depth is about 0.7 eV,which is more conducive to the generation of Pers L.Finally,a feasible Pers L mechanism was discussed.
