摘  要:以La^(3+)掺杂的噻吩甲酰基三氟丙酮邻菲罗啉铕配合物(Eu(TTA)3phen)为发光探针分子,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为基质,利用自由基聚合作用制备了La^(3+)掺杂Eu(TTA)3phen/PMMA温敏漆。具有最佳稀土离子配比(Eu^(3+):La^(3+)=0.5:0.5)的温敏漆Eu_(0.5)La_(0.5)(TTA)_(3)phen/PMMA在614 nm附近具有最强红光发射,在20~60℃温度范围内具有较好的温度猝灭性质。此外,La^(3+)能够通过协同效应提高温敏漆的相对荧光强度变化率和测温灵敏度。Eu_(0.5)La_(0.5)(TTA)_(3)phen/PMMA温敏漆作为一种新型非接触式温度敏感涂料,在大面积固体场温度分布测量、尤其是飞行器周围复杂流动气体力学行为的深入研究方面具有潜在应用价值。The La^(3+)doped Eu(TTA)3phen/PMMA temperature sensitive paint was prepared by the radical polymerization using Eu(TTA)_(3)phen as the probe molecule and polymethacrylate(PMMA)as the matrix.The temperature sensitive paint Eu_(0.5)La_(0.5)(TTA)_(3) phen/PMMA with the optimal rare earth ion ratio(Eu^(3+):La^(3+)=0.5∶0.5)has strong red emission near 614 nm and good temperature quenching properties in the temperature range of 20~60℃.In addition,La^(3+)can improve the change rate of relative fluorescence intensity and the sensitivity of temperature measurement through synergistic effect.Therefore,as a new non-contact temperature sensitive coating,Eu_(0.5)La_(0.5)(TTA)_(3) phen/PMMA temperature sensitive paint has potential applications in the temperature distribution measurement of large area solid field,especially in the further study of the mechanical behavior of complex flow gas around the aircraft.
