寒温统一视角下新冠感染邪伏膜原理论探析

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19,简称新冠感染)是以发热、咳嗽、咽痛为主要症状的传染性急性呼吸道感染。吴又可提出邪伏膜原理成为中医认识新冠感染病机的重要来源。新冠感染过程符合温病三焦传变规律,有明显的气机郁闭证候,在康复过程中易出现余邪未尽的后遗症状,这与疫毒伏于焦膜留恋不去的病机相关。焦膜系统的生理功能在疫病感染过程中起到枢机作用,是疫邪入侵的隐伏之所,愈后余邪稽留、疫病症状反复的关键所在。基于本次新冠感染发生特点,提出寒温融合、三焦分治、邪透膜原的经验借鉴,以期为新冠感染治疗提供新的临床思路。The Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)infection is an infectious acute respiratory infection with fever,cough,and sore throat as the main symptoms.Wu Youke proposed the principle of virus ambush membrane,which has become an important source for TCM to understand the pathogenesis of COVID-19 infection.The process of COVID-19 infection conformed to the law of the tri-jiao transmission of epidemic disease,there was obvious syndrome of Qi depression,and they were prone to the sequelae of remaining virus during the rehabilitation process,which was associated with the disease virus accumbent in the focus membrane retention do not go.The physiological function of the trifocal membrane systemy,which plays a central role in the infection process of COVID-19 infection,is a hidden area for the invasion of plague virus,and is crucial for the healing of residual virus retention.Based on the characteristics of this COVID-19 infection,the experience of the fusion of typhoid and febrile diseases,the treatment of tri-jiao,and the penetration of pathogenic factors into the membrane were proposed to provide new clinical ideas for the treatment of COVID-19 infection.
