摘 要:本文通过建立系统有序度模型测算吉林省科技创新协同度,运用主成分分析方法并通过降维、聚类计算吉林省各市(州)的综合得分,研究分析吉林省科技创新水平。结果表明:2018—2021年吉林省系统有序化状态不稳定,整体协同度偏差较大,科技溢出效能较弱;长春市科技创新水平远超过其他城市,吉林市上升空间较大;白山市的有序度与科技创新水平均为最后一名,重视程度较低。In this paper,the sci-tech innovation level of Jilin Province is investigated and analyzed through establishing a systematic order degree model to assess the degree of sci-tech innovation collaboration in Jilin Province.The principal component analysis method is employed,and the comprehensive scores of various cities(prefectures)in Jilin Province are calculated via dimensionality reduction and clustering.The results indicate that:from^(2)018 to 2021,the systematic ordering state of Jilin Province is unstable,the overall cooperation degree deviation is considerable,and the technology spillover efficiency is weak;the level of sci-tech innovation of Changchun City is significantly higher than that of other cities,and Jilin City has considerable room for improvement;the degree of order and the level of sci-tech innovation of Baishan City are at the bottom,and the degree of attention is low.
