摘　　要：笔者在《高校国家知识产权信息服务中心建设研究:现状、问题及成因分析》一文中,就高校国家知识产权信息服务中心建设中的现状、存在的问题及问题成因进行了详尽的调研和分析。找到问题的根源后,采取切实有效的政策管理和运行机制,至关重要。本文将在宏观政策和微观机制建设方面进行重点研究,即宏观政策支持和建立五大微观运行机制。In the paper titled"Research on the Construction of National Intellectual Property Information Service Centers in Colleges and Universities:Current Status,Challenges and Causal Analysis,"the author extensively investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the construction of National Intellectual Property Information Service Centers in Colleges and Universities.It is of utmost importance to implement practical and effective policy management and operational mechanisms once the root causes of these problems are identified.This paper will focus on the construction of macro policies and micro mechanisms,namely macro policy support and the establishment of five micro operational mechanisms.
