江苏与香港地区中文教师教育课程比较研究——以南京师范大学与香港教育大学为例

摘  要:教师教育课程是教师教育的核心要素,江苏与香港地区两地拥有共同的中文语用及文化传统,具有开展中文教师教育课程比较研究的天然基础。分别以南京师范大学与香港教育大学为例,比较两地中文教师教育课程的整体结构以及公共基础课程、学科专业课程、教育类课程与选修课程等课程类别的特点及异同。发现在课程结构上,江苏高校强调学科性,香港地区高校凸显师范性;公共基础课程中,江苏高校注重思政性,香港地区高校尤重通识性;学科专业课程中,江苏高校重视系统性,香港地区高校侧重导论性;教育类课程中,江苏高校取径标准化,香港地区高校彰显专业性;选修课程中,江苏高校规整严密,香港地区高校自由多元。由此提出可供我国中文教师教育课程进一步优化改进的启示,即加强各门各类中文教师教育课程的横纵双维耦合性、凸显课程“培养未来语文教师”的特性、强化课程“理论实践互嵌”的全实践性、探索促进师范生个体性PCK生成的专门实体性课程。Teacher education curriculum is the core element of teacher education.Meanwhile,Jiangsu Province and Hong Kong region share common Chinese language and cultural traditions,which provide the foundations for comparative research on Chinese language teacher education curriculum(CLTEC).This paper takes Nanjing Normal University and The Education University of Hong Kong region as cases,and compares their whole structures of CLTEC and public courses,Chinese language discipline courses,education courses and elective courses.Then,it is found that the structures of CLTEC in Jiangsu focus on academic discipline-based education of Chinese language,while Hong Kong region focus on teacher education;the public courses in Jiangsu emphasize ideological and political education,and Hong Kong region highlight general education;the Chinese language discipline courses in Jiangsu are more systemic,and Hong Kong are more introductory;the education courses in Jiangsu follow national standards,and Hong Kong are professional orientation;elective courses in Jiangsu have strict boundaries,and Hong Kong region are more free and pluralism.Finally,it is concluded that the suggestions to improve CLTEC further:strengthen the horizontal and vertical coupling of all courses;highlight the characteristics of“cultivating the future Chinese subject teacher”in CLTEC;strengthen the“theory and practice inter-embed”holistic practicalness in CLTEC;explore the course that could promote the generation of pre-service teachers’personal PCK.
